- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have used this Vet centre for approximately 7 years and couldn't fault it, however it has now been taken over by Medivet chain. I was not informed of this change. All the regular Ark staff appear to have left. I was not impressed with the 2 vets I have seen so far. One was very heavy handed with my pet and the other one I could not understand her. The reception staff did not appear enthusiastic and did not have the same standard of customer/pet care as the previous staff. I will not return.by Lyn GouldMay 22, 2017
